I use this daily! I just throw 3 pieces of bacon in the pan, set this on top, and go get ready for work. I only need to com flip it once and my bacon practically makes itself. I use it for steaks and burgers and chicken. Pretty much any meat I can fit in my pan that need pressing. Would definitely recommend this!
