First, let me say that I am a lazy, inexperienced cook. I don't like to spend time in the kitchen so I tend to eat foods that take very little time to make. This little pan is absolutely perfect and couldn't be more simple to use.
I turn the oven on medium heat and spray the outside of Italian bread with olive oil. I put together the ingredients and then spray the pan. Two minutes on each side and they are ready to eat. The bread gets nice and brown, the ingredients on the inside are warm, and the cheese is melted. Simple and quick!
I am able to fit three sandwiches in the pan but it is a little easier to flip them with two. The quality of the pan is fantastic and it looks like it will last a long time. The press is heavier than it looks and presses down the sandwiches very nicely.
I have used this pan at least 3-4 times a week since I purchased it. Love it!!
